(7) Placing an order

Orders for products advertised on this web site are processed by Paypal, Moneybookers, Plimus, or Kagi. An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted when we email you the download instructions (in the case of a downloadable product) or when we send you an email confirming that the product has been dispatched to you (in the case a physical product).

Depending of the payment method, the download instructions will usually be emailed to you within minutes or within 24 hours after receiving your payment. In rare cases, it might take longer.

If you ordered a physical product, your order will be shipped by postal mail. Orders are usually dispatched within the next 3 business days however it can occasionally take longer. Depending on where you live and particular circumstances, delivery time can be anywhere between a couple of days and several weeks.

(8) Pricing and availability

Pricing and availability is given on the web site. Price and availability information may change without notice. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the prices and availability given on the website are accurate, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for an item advertised on our website with incorrect information regarding pricing and availability. No contract is made between you and us as long as the order hasn't been dispatched or the download instructions haven't been emailed to you.

(9) Customs clearance

When placing an order for a physical product, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied after the order reaches the final destination. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

 (g)      our maximum liability in relation to any event or series of related events will be limited to USD50

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
